Pastors Israel and First Lady Aurora Huerta

Pastor Israel & First Lady Aurora Huerta have been Pastors at Shield of Faith Pentecostal Church since 2014. Previously, they Pastored “Templo Peniel” Pentecostal Holiness Church for over 4 years. Pastor Israel & First Lady Aurora Huerta have served the Lord for over 30 years. They have been in ministry for approximately the same length of time. Pastor Israel oversees Shield of Faith Leadership which includes Men's, Women's, Youth, and Children's Ministry. Pastor Israel and First Lady Aurora are grateful to the Lord for the church, and the great leadership that God has entrusted unto them. Their greatest desire is that the Lord will continue to bless Shield of Faith Pentecostal Church.

Maggie Holster

Sister Maggie is a member of the Board at Shield of Faith Pentecostal Church. She is responsible for leading the meetings of both the Board of Directors and Planning Committee. She is the coordinator for church events, a member of the finance department, and assists other leaders with their departments. Sister Maggie’s vision for the church is to have a God-fearing congregation who are on fire for JESUS and always ready to serve! She is extremely grateful to have her immediate family saved and serving in ministry. Her greatest desire is to one day see all her unsaved family and friends surrender their lives to God.

Lala Uribe

Sister Lala Uribe is a member of the Board of Directors, she is responsible for assistant in the operations of the church, assistant Pastor and Board with a variety of administrative duties. Sister Lala is also in charge of media productions including social media, event flyers, newsletters and assisting in generating event programs. She is also a member of the Planning and Finance Committee. Along with her husband, Minister Oscar Uribe, they lead a Home Bible Group that the Lord has been using to evangelize people to the Kingdom of God. Her greatest desire is to one day see all her loved ones, in church, serving the Lord Jesus Christ with all their heart!

Julia Villareal

Sister Julia Villareal is a faithful member of Shield of Faith PC. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the church Treasurer overseeing the church's finances.

She also very involved with all special events, supports ushers during the alter call, and ensures that the Lord is glorified at all times.

Her greatest desire is to see her entire family and love ones surrender to Jesus Christ.

Yesenia Spinks

Sister Yesenia Spinks humbly joined the Board of Directors in September 2018. She assists in the operations of the Sunday School Ministry, Kids Ministry, Vacation Bible School, and the Planning Committee.

Her greatest desire is for God’s will to be fulfilled in her family; for individuals to love the Lord wholeheartedly, and experience salvation/liberation through Jesus Christ.

Fun Fact: Sister Yesenia and her husband shared “chemistry” class in high school before dating years later. God is definitely in control of ALL elements.

Olga Spencer, Minister

Sister Olga Spencer is a Minister at our church. She serves as an advisor on our Board of Directors, a Sunday school teacher and Discipleship teacher. She assists Pastor in all spiritual matters as well in the preaching and teaching of the Word. Sis Olga is certified in advance theology, missions and pastoral counseling, as well as church growth. She, along with her husband Lauren Spencer lead a Home Group to expand the the kingdom of God and reach the lost. Her greatest desire is to be Gods tool to empower the people of God with knowledge and understanding of His Word, so they can be effective and victorious in their walk with the Lord.

Oscar Uribe, Minister

Minister Oscar Uribe, along with his wife Lala Uribe lead a Home Bible Group that the Lord has been using to evangelize people to the Kingdom of God. Her greatest desire is to one day see all her loved ones, in church, serving the Lord Jesus Christ with all their heart!
